Welcome to Frenchy’s
I am proud to introduce Frenchy’s Bistro. We have been serving satisfied customers in Glen Waverley since September 2002.
After humble beginnings as an all day coffee shop, we gradually changed direction, fine tuned the operation, listened to customer feedback, changed again and arrived where we are today. A unique French Bistro in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
With over 50 years of experience in hotel and restaurant kitchens all over the world, combined with my classical French cooking training as an apprentice in Europe and the last 30 years as a chef in Melbourne, has resulted in my approach to Frenchy’s now.
Using the best, fresh produce available and a trustworthy long term relationship with my meat and seafood suppliers are the foundations of my cooking. Selection of my key staff and hours of in house training have made Frenchy’s what it is today.
No restaurant works without its loyal customers and supporters. So here is a big “Thank you” to all of you who have supported us over the years. Hopefully we can welcome many more of you who have not been to Frenchy’s yet.
